The prices are per person and day included overnight stay, buffet breakfast and free access to Wellness and Fitness Center (Watergym & Dry gym).

 

Half Board and Restaurant "Osteria al Vecchio Sarca"
Your stay could be delighted by pleasant lunch or dinner “a la carte”, that you can consume, not necessarily every night, in the typical restaurant "Osteria al Vecchio Sarca" suggesting typical and exclusive Trentino cuisine and paying directly to the restaurant. On the website www.osteriaalvecchiosarca.it you can find the menu offered and prices.

 

Supplement and reductions

- 0-2 years: Euro 20,00/day
- 3-16 years: in 3th and 4th bed: reduction of 50%
- from 16 years: in 3th bed reduction of 25%; in 4th bed reduction of 50%

Double room single use:
- In classic suite: supplement of 75%
- In comfort and kuxury suite: supplement of 100%

- Outside parking is free of charge.
- Secured garage: € 25,00 each day.
- Outside garage (unattended 25 mt. far from the Hotel): Euro 15,00 per day.
- Small sized dogs are acceppted: 10€ per night

 

Booking confirmation
The reservation is confirmed after the receipt of the deposit equal to 40% of the total amount of the stay either through bank transfer or credit card withdrawal upon authorization.

 

Cancellations policy
Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of your deposit will be charged ; from 29 until 14 days before arrival: 75 % of the total amount of the stay will be charged; from less than 14 days until no show: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged, that may be refunded if the room is rebooked.

 

Early departure
In case the reservation is made calculating the rack rates, in addition to the nights enjoyed, the remaining cancelled nights will be charged with 40% of discount; if the reservation is made through some discounted fares or promotional rates, the total amount of the days used will be recalculated on the basis of the rack rates , adding the cancelled nights, calculated in the basis of official prices discounted at 40%.
